CANCELLATION POLICY

🟥 ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Cancelling your appointment will forfeit your deposit. DEPOSITS CAN BE TRANSFERRED ONCE PER BOOKING DEPOSIT TRANSFERS 🔻After transferring your deposit to a new date clients new service date/time must be honored to avoid cancellation/no show penalties & lost of deposit. 🟥 CANCELLATIONS 24 hours or more notice is required for any and all cancellations. No Shows are prohibited and those person(s) will lose their deposit & charged 25% of the booked service in addition to loss of the initial deposit. 🟥 LATENESS • TARDINESS Every Client gets a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes with no communication your appointment will be cancelled with lost of your deposit and other fees may apply. Clients aren’t allowed to call at the time for their appointment or during the grace period to reschedule with a deposit transfer. LATE ARRIVAL Lateness affects appointment duration. Transparency is key, always contact The Baddie Doctor if ever running late. At Luke.Wave we take quality very seriously. Not all services can be preformed in shorter timeframes, rescheduling with a deposit hold is the best course of action in these moments. But with any time frame it is still our obligation to do our best to grant all beauty requests in the remaining time. When accepting this shorter duration for any service(s) you are accepting that your final outcome of that specific service will be affected. 🟥 PAYMENTS Card or Cash payments 🔻Any fees that can not be fufilled access to future booking will be revoked, that now that person(s) is in debt with our company. 🔻To regain access to booking with Lukes.Wave all past debts must be paid up in full + $250 penalty fee. Also for the specific person(s) all future appointments must be paid in full upon booking with no transfers allowed. ⬜️ HOUSE CALLS House Calls/Travel Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please contact The Baddie Doctor for travel inquiries. We uphold quality and cleanliness no matter our location, if the location of a house call is below the standard of cleanliness to preform the service that client(s) appointments will be cancelled and Lukes.Wave Cancellation Policy will be enacted. Out-Of-State: Contact The Baddie Doctor ⬜️ BOOKING When Booking you are consenting to: (Pertaining to both home-based or house calls) * Releasing your rights to any photos or videos taken before, during or after your procedure to be used for education and marketing purposes. * “The Baddie Doctor at Lukes.Wave” and is the script/line to say when all videos/photos are taken. Every client is required to do so. (Unless The Baddie Doctor ops out of doing so) * A video testimonial is recorded and required for every client. (Unless The Baddie Doctor ops out of doing so) * Please have your face free of any makeup or any impurities. Cleansing is part of every service provided if required. Cleansing charges may apply. ACTIVE / IN-ACTIVE CLIENTS: Active Clients stay consistent with booking at Lukes.Wave Cosmetic Specialty, no matter the service. Clients that haven’t booked in 2 months or more are considered in-active clientele. ⬜️ LOCATION Lukes.Wave is located in a privately owned residence in Long Island, New York + St.Petersburg, Florida For Safety and Identification purposes all clients MUST send a VALID/UP-TO-DATE photo ID before receiving our location. Failure to provide the requested valid photo ID will result in your appointment being cancelled and considered a Last Minute Cancellation. ⬜️ EXTRA GUEST Additional guests are not permitted. 🟧 L.W LASH SERVICES At Lukes.Wave we do not use lengths longer than 20mm. 48 hour adjustment period after your appointment. Every lash appointment lash baths are included, we customize the perfect size thickness and lengths to compliment our clients desired style and lash health. 🟧 L.W TEETH SERVICES🦷 We offer 30Mins & 60Mins. • Sensitive Clients: Clients with sensitive teeth we provide a lower HP%. • 60Minute Teeth Whitening is recommended for clients with deeper stains. We do not work over decaying teeth or cavities. Oral hygiene must be up to standard with nor major dental issues. Consult your dentist prior to booking. 🟧 L.W HAIR SERVICES Any Style, Any Length, All Inclusive All Inclusive Hair Services * We charge $50/Hour (Labor Fee) to complete your requested style. Service clock starts upon arrival or after set up for house calls. 1) Virtual Hair Consultation is conducted after booking to discuss the specifics of your requested hairstyle, and look. 2)Before styling an In-Depth In-Person Hair Analysis is conducted to ensure your “Hair Integrity” the ideal hair integrity standard is hydrated healthy hair and length to support the requested style choice if applicable. If Hair Integrity isnt up to standard for the resquested style minor adjustments will be made (ex: parting, size, thickness etc) to achieve our client’s desired look. • Includes: Braiding Hair — Human Hair is an up-charge — Wash unit coming soon 🟧 L.W SKIN TREATMENTS Custom Facials • Massage • Waxing • Laser • Tattoo • Advanced Treatments • Body Treatments When booking your first skin treatment the fee is Consultation+Skin Treatment. A new Skin Analysis/Consultation is mandatory for In-Active Clients. ACTIVE / IN-ACTIVE CLIENTS: Active Clients stay consistent with booking at Lukes.Wave Cosmetic Specialty, no matter the service. Clients that haven’t booked in 2 months or more in-active clientele. 🔺IMPORTANT: With all facials client at-home skincare regimen and lifestyle factors play a huge role in the end result post treatment. Maintenance is key. Clients come to Lukes.Wave for our skills and expertise and upon walking out of our doors it is the client’s job to sustain and maintain until your next appointment. 🔺IMPORTANT: Skincare works hand and hand with every individual’s health history, diet and background. Results will differ from client to client even when receiving the same treatment.
